Editorial Design

John Doe Chinaman is a historical graphic novel that recounts the dark history of a cabal of Chinese criminals in New York’s Chinatown. The project explores how they came to be, and how their presence shaped their country’s culture and politics. This book is an attempt to condense such information to an informative and entertaining format through the use of a traditional comic book layout and with some mixture of infographics.
